The thoughts and feelings you have during trauma can and do become stuck within your cellular memory. They become physically and energetically imprinted into your body.
These stuck memories can dictate your reactions and emotional patterns - how you think and feel in any given moment.
These stuck patterns are why certain situations or environments can trigger strong emotional reactions. Your triggers are echoes from the thoughts and emotions that became stuck within you when you experienced trauma.
The good news is you can bring them back into balance and heal them.
Your Internal Intelligence is The Key to Your Full Recovery
We all have an internal intelligence that knows how to heal us.
We need to first connect with it and engage it for healing and then give it instructions of what we'd like healed, one step at a time.
Once we do this, it will work with us quite willingly.​
It's a great start to healing the body, mind and spirit and bringing back a natural,
overall balance.
Being such a gentle process, it's also safe for children and babies and I've also used it to work with animals who've gone through difficult times.
Animals have an internal intelligence, just as we do, so I couldn't possibly leave them out.
