I've been offering natural therapy for over 30 years now and while my main focus is helping people recover
from PTSD and their mental and emotional trauma, I've also found this therapy works for any trauma,
so as a huge animal lover my services are also available for them, if any may be struggling from past trauma.

All my work is based on the subtle energy (and sometimes not so subtle energy) that operates in the background of all that we do - from what's happened to you in the past and those mental and emotional effects that have become trapped within you and are now affecting how you react and respond - to what has been expressed in your home or the environments you frequent, by you and others.
It's all subtle energy.
If you're run down or feeling vulnerable, you can also absorb these pockets of feelings left in buildings
by others that make you feel even worse.
It can be a lot when you think about it.
Similar to physical dirt, energy mostly sits where it was created and then spreads out and expands.
Energy residue can permeate matter and sit in a space long after the emotional expression is over.
 

The effects of each traumatic experience you've had can imprint on the cellular memory of your body.
The more trauma you've experienced, the harder it is to see how you can heal yourself as this sets up
a trauma wheel that can keep you stuck and in a continual pattern of emotional hardship.
